Dear Toastmasters,
Our District is 'Select Distinguished'. 6 more Distinguished Clubs and we will be PDD. Congratulations to every member and Club Officer on this achievement.
We have 30 clubs which have completed > 5 goals but are low on membership and another 18 clubs which are at 4 DCP Goals. To these clubs which are not yet there, march on, you still have 60 days to go, our joy is incomplete without you.
